Simon Sinek wrote a great book Starting with Why, which I love and really buy into. In this Wednesday Wisdom session, I talk about my Why and how it helped to create successful businesses thanks to the intersecting of my professional and personal worlds.

The WHY lays out the mission of your business, your purpose. Many businesses don’t have a clear idea of their WHY. Many entrepreneurs have a product idea that seems cool, but that is the WHAT, not the WHY.
